This policy covers all PCOSGenie Pro plans—subscriptions, lifetime purchases, trials, and promotions. We've kept it simple and straightforward so you know exactly what to expect.

How billing works

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, so you don't have to worry about losing access. Lifetime plans are one-time purchases that give you Pro features forever. When we offer trials or special promotions, we'll always show the terms clearly upfront so you know exactly what you're getting.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription anytime to stop future charges. Don't worry—you'll keep your Pro access until the end of your current billing period, so you won't lose anything you've already paid for. Lifetime plans don't need cancellation since they're one-time purchases. If you used a different email at checkout or need help linking your account, just email us and we'll sort it out for you.

Refunds

While all purchases are generally non-refundable, we understand that things happen. We're here to help with accidental renewals, duplicate charges, or any technical issues that might prevent you from using Pro. Just reach out and we'll work with you to find a solution.
